NDT Training syllabuses

NDT Training syllabuses aligned with ISO/TS 25107 and ANSI/ASNT CP-105, complies with ISO 9712 and exceeds the criteria outlined in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A.

1. Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Level 2 Training

• This Course includes:

• 35-hour training program.
• The course encompasses Level 1 and 2 study materials, focusing on the theory of Magnetic Particle Examination. It covers magnetic fields, flux leakage, magnetization processes, particles/mediums, applications, basic principles, and safety considerations.

2. Penetrant Testing (PT) Level 2 Training

• This Course includes:

• 35-hour training.
• This course contains Level 1 and 2 material and covers the theories and practices involved with liquid penetrant inspection. Equipment, light meters, code & procedure reference, types, forms, and perfoming methods.

3. Radiographic Testing (RT) Level 2 Training

• This Course includes:

• 105-hour training.
• This course is set up with level 1 and level 2 content:
  • The knowledge part of level 1 includes: theory and principles of radiation as well as its application to radiography, handling and processing of radiographic films, radiographic techniques, image quality, Basic radiology interpretation and safe use of RT equipment. Both X-Ray and Gamma Ray sources are analyzed along with advanced radiation safety and technical development guidance.
  • Level 2 knowledge includes: continuing with the creation of appropriate radiographic techniques. Research material focuses on optimizing contrast, sharpness, sensitivity, film processing, interpretation, calculations, shooting techniques and the use of acceptance criteria according to relevant codes and standards.
